High Plains Spice Company Beef Rub

Our Beef Rub is heavy on the pepper and a little lighter on the sugar.  It creates a rich, flavorful, crunchy crust, often referred to as the “bark” by barbecue enthusiasts. This blend works well on all slow cooked cuts of meat, such as brisket, beef ribs and Prime Rib, as well as burgers and steak. It is even a great addition to Philly cheese steak sandwiches and potato soup!
