We crafted our Wild Game Sausage Seasoning with our hunting customers especially in mind. This blend combines unique flavors that work well with game meats like elk and venison, however it can be added to ground pork or beef as well. Simply add 1-2 tablespoons per pound of ground meat, mix, then cook or freeze until use.
