Livestock water troughs made from old tractor and large equipment tires are nearly indestructible, easy to set up, and the rubber acts as natural insulator. In cold weather rubber tire tanks absorb heat making them freeze resistant. In the heat of summer they keep the water temperature a lot cooler. Seal the bottom with a steel plate, concrete, or bentonite.
