High Plains Spice Company – Chorizo Sausage Seasoning (1/2 Cup)

This is a traditional Mexican-style chorizo sausage seasoning blend.  Excellent chorizo flavor and color.  Making your own sausage is much easier than you may think!  Simply add 1-2 tablespoons seasoning along with 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per pound of ground pork, veal, beef, or wild game, then cook or freeze until use.
