Our Italian Sausage Seasoning has the traditional taste of Italian herbs and fennel with a little heat. Making your own sausage is much easier than you may think! Simply add 1-2 tablespoons per pound (depending on personal preference) of ground pork, veal, beef, or wild game, then cook or freeze until use.
This seasoning also makes a great addition to red sauces, soups, pasta, and pizza! Or try it on veggies and eggs!
